HUDDLE is built by FNMO.AI. This page says exactly what the app collects, why, and who can see it.
In short. We keep what you choose to share so other players can find you and play with you. We do not sell data, we run no advertising networks and no analytics trackers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
What we collect and why
- Your Apple account identifier — a random ID from Sign in with Apple, so your account works on any device. We never see your Apple password. We do not store your email address.
- Your profile — name, photo, district, a short bio and the sports you play. Other players can see all of it.
- Games you create or join — sport, time, venue, district, level, court fee and the list of players. Visible to all players.
- Posts and likes in the feed — visible to all players, with your name.
- Friends and blocks — who you added and who you blocked. Only you see your block list.
- Reports you send about content — seen only by our moderation team.
- Coach and club applications — name, email, phone and the details you type, sent to our team so we can reply.
What stays on your iPhone
- Location. If you allow it, it is used on your device only — to suggest your district. We do not send your coordinates to our servers.
- Notification permission and reminders you set are scheduled on your device.
What we do not collect
No contacts, microphone, health data, advertising identifiers or payment details. HUDDLE never handles money: court and lesson fees are paid directly to the venue or the coach.
Where it is stored
On servers operated by Netlify, Inc., which hosts our backend. Weather comes from Open-Meteo and map tiles from OpenFreeMap; those services see your IP address the way any website would, and nothing else.
Keeping the community safe
Posts are checked automatically for abusive language. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours; content that breaks our Community Rules is removed and the account may be suspended.
Deleting your account
In the app: Me → Edit profile → Delete account. This removes your profile, photo, posts, likes, friends and blocks, and cancels games you host. In past games you are shown as “Former player” so other people’s records stay correct. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
You can also revoke HUDDLE’s access to your Apple account in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Sign in with Apple.
Children
HUDDLE is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too, and important changes are announced in the app first.
